We are proud of the successful implementation of the world's largest indoor caviar farm in Demmin, Germany. This facility, covering 26,500 m² and including 220 pools and 8,800 m² of production space, exemplifies advanced aquaculture technology.
We implemented Israeli sturgeon farming methods and a fully automated water management and recycling system. The use of green energy, including a 1.5MW photovoltaic system, ensures sustainable development and significant cost savings. The high-quality black caviar produced at the farm targets the growing luxury food and premium cosmetics markets.
This project showcases our expertise in strategic planning and risk management. An experienced management team and a comprehensive approach guarantee the successful execution of any task. This project confirms our status as a leader in technologically advanced and sustainable aquaculture.
